There are two kinds of grinding process, one is to scrub by hand, and the other is to use machine drawing.

Scrub classification

Dry sanding: Using a sanding strip directly on the stainless steel strip without adding any abrasive liquid or other lubricants.

Wet scrub: Abrasive liquid must be sprayed during the grinding process. And it is divided into water and oil grinding.

Water grinding: The grinding liquid is water.

Oil grinding: the grinding liquid is oil, and the grain is finer than water grinding.

Plate grinding: the stainless steel roll is first cut into a flat plate of a certain size, and then the flat sheet is ground. Both dry and wet.

Roll grinding: The whole roll is grinding, generally wet grinding.
